Section 1

Introduction & Overview

These Terms, Policies, and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of PPerfectFinds products and membership services. By purchasing any PPerfectFinds product, enrolling in a PPerfectFinds membership plan, or accessing any PPerfectFinds service, you ("Member" or "Customer") agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. Please read every section carefully before enrolling. If you do not agree with any provision herein, do not enroll in the membership or purchase our products.

PPerfectFinds is a consumer technology brand dedicated to providing affordable, high-quality chargers and related accessories. Our membership program is designed to give Members peace of mind through charger replacement coverage, exclusive discounts, and priority customer support.

1.1 — Who We Are

PPerfectFinds is a membership-based consumer technology brand. We sell chargers at participating retail locations and online, and we offer a membership subscription plan that provides replacement coverage and additional benefits. Our products are currently available at select local retail stores at a retail price of $9.99 per charger.

1.2 — Scope of This Agreement

This Agreement covers the following:

  • Product warranty and defect coverage for PPerfectFinds-branded chargers.
  • Membership plan terms, billing, and renewal conditions.
  • Replacement claim procedures, eligibility requirements, and exclusions.
  • Cancellation and refund policies.
  • Dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and governing law.
  • Privacy, data handling, and communications preferences.

1.3 — Modifications to This Agreement

PPerfectFinds reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. When changes are made, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document and notify active Members via email at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the membership or our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with any modification, you may cancel your membership before the new terms take effect without penalty.

PPerfectFinds is committed to clear, honest communication. We will never bury important changes in fine print or make it difficult for you to cancel. Our goal is to earn your loyalty, not trap you.

Section 2

Product Warranty

2.1 — Limited One-Year Product Warranty

PPerfectFinds warrants that all PPerfectFinds-branded chargers ("Product") are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of retail purchase ("Warranty Period"), when used under normal operating conditions and in accordance with all applicable product guidelines.

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.

2.2 — What Is Covered

  • Internal wire breakage or failure under normal use.
  • Connector failure or malfunction not resulting from physical damage.
  • Manufacturing defects in the jacket, braiding, or insulation.
  • Charging or data transfer failure caused by a verified manufacturing defect.
  • Premature fraying or cracking of the jacket not caused by misuse.

2.3 — What Is NOT Covered

  • Accidental damage of any kind, including drops, crushing, pinching, or impact damage.
  • Physical damage caused by the customer, including bending at sharp angles, kinking, or pulling from the charger rather than the connector.
  • Water, liquid, or moisture damage.
  • Damage caused by use with non-compatible charging adapters or power sources.
  • Damage caused by electrical surges or improper voltage.
  • Burns, melting, or discoloration caused by excessive heat or open flame.
  • Cables that have been modified, altered, cut, spliced, or repaired by anyone other than PPerfectFinds.
  • Normal wear and tear that does not affect charger function.
  • Cables purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers.
  • Cables with removed, altered, or unreadable serial numbers or proof-of-purchase documentation.

Tip: Avoid bending chargers near connectors. Unplug by holding the connector head. Store loosely coiled. Do not expose to liquids or extreme heat.

2.4 — Warranty Claims Process

  • Visit pperfectfinds.com/warranty and complete the Warranty Claim Form.
  • Provide your name, email, date and place of purchase, and a description of the defect.
  • Upload clear photographs of the defective charger.
  • Upload a legible copy of your proof of purchase.
  • A PPerfectFinds team member will review your claim within 5–7 business days.
  • If approved, a replacement charger will be shipped to your confirmed mailing address at no charge.

2.5 — Warranty Replacement Terms

  • Replacement chargers will be of equal or comparable specification to the original defective unit.
  • Replacement chargers carry a new ninety (90) day warranty from the date of receipt, or the remainder of the original warranty period, whichever is longer.
  • PPerfectFinds does not offer cash refunds under the product warranty; the remedy is limited to charger replacement.
  • No more than two (2) warranty replacements per original product purchase will be honored.
Section 3

PPerfectFinds Membership Plan

3.1 — Membership Overview

The PPerfectFinds Membership Plan ("Membership") is a subscription-based program that provides Members with enhanced charger replacement coverage, exclusive discounts, and priority customer support.

3.2 — Membership Tiers & Pricing

  • Monthly Plan: $4.99/month — billed monthly, cancel anytime.
  • Annual Plan: $49.99/year — billed once per year (~$4.17/mo equivalent).

3.3 — Membership Benefits

  • Cable Replacement Coverage: Request a free replacement charger for any charger that fails under normal use, subject to claim limits in Section 4.
  • Extended Coverage Window: Coverage remains active for as long as membership is active — no time limit requirement.
  • Priority Customer Support: Target response time of 1–2 business days.
  • Member-Exclusive Discounts: Minimum 15% off all PPerfectFinds products at pperfectfinds.com.
  • Early Access to New Products.
  • No Receipt Required for Claims: Membership verification serves as sufficient documentation.

3.4 — Membership Enrollment

To enroll, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide a valid email address and valid payment information.
  • Expressly consent to recurring billing by checking the designated consent box during enrollment.
  • Review and accept this Agreement prior to completing enrollment.

3.5 — Auto-Renewal & Billing

Membership Plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. By enrolling, you expressly authorize PPerfectFinds to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

  • Monthly Plans: Charged on the same calendar date each month as your enrollment date.
  • Annual Plans: Charged once per year on your enrollment anniversary date.
  • Renewal Notices: We will send a reminder email at least 7 days before monthly renewals and 30 days before annual renewals.
  • Failed Payments: PPerfectFinds will attempt to re-process up to three (3) times over five (5) days. If unsuccessful, membership will be suspended.
  • Price Changes: At least thirty (30) days written notice before any price increase.

In compliance with FTC regulations, PPerfectFinds makes cancellation as easy as signing up. You can cancel at any time directly from your account dashboard — no phone calls required.

Section 4

Member Replacement Claim Policy

4.1 — What the Membership Covers

Active Members in good standing may file replacement claims for PPerfectFinds-branded chargers that have ceased to function or have deteriorated to the point of being unusable under normal operating conditions. The Member Replacement Policy extends coverage beyond the first year and accounts for reasonable charger wear and degradation over time.

4.2 — Replacement Claim Limits

  • Monthly Plan Members: Up to one (1) replacement claim per rolling ninety (90) day period.
  • Annual Plan Members: Up to three (3) replacement claims per twelve (12) month membership year.
  • Limits reset at the beginning of each new membership year (Annual) or on a rolling 90-day basis (Monthly).
  • PPerfectFinds reserves the right to reduce or suspend replacement privileges for accounts showing patterns of misuse.

4.3 — What Is Covered Under Member Replacement

  • Cables that have stopped charging or ceased data transfer under normal use.
  • Cables with connector failure (connector head detachment, bent pins, failing connection).
  • Cables exhibiting significant jacket fraying, cracking, or separation that makes them unsafe or unusable.
  • Cables that charge intermittently or have developed a loose connection.
  • Cables showing normal signs of wear consistent with regular daily use.

4.4 — What Is NOT Covered Under Member Replacement

  • Cables damaged due to physical abuse, severe bending, crushing, cutting, or deliberate damage.
  • Cables damaged by liquid exposure or moisture.
  • Cables damaged by incompatible charging bricks.
  • Cables damaged in fires, floods, or other catastrophic events.
  • Cables not purchased as PPerfectFinds-branded products.
  • Lost or stolen chargers. This is not a loss or theft insurance program.
  • Cables belonging to an account that is past-due, suspended, or cancelled at the time of the claim.
  • Claims filed more than thirty (30) days after the claimed failure event is discovered.

4.5 — How to File a Member Replacement Claim

  • Log in to your PPerfectFinds account at pperfectfinds.com/account.
  • Navigate to "My Replacements" and click "File a New Claim."
  • Select the charger or enter the product description.
  • Briefly describe the issue (e.g., "cable stopped charging," "connector loose," "jacket fraying").
  • Upload one (1) or more photographs clearly showing the issue.
  • Confirm your current shipping address and submit the claim.

Claims are typically reviewed within 3–5 business days. Approved replacements ship within 2 business days of approval.

Your membership is your peace of mind. We process the vast majority of claims without hassle. If you ever have a problem with our chargers, we want to know about it.

4.6 — Claim Denial & Appeals

If your replacement claim is denied, you will receive an email explaining the reason for denial. You may appeal a denied claim by replying to the denial email within fifteen (15) days of receipt. PPerfectFinds will respond within five (5) business days. The decision on appeal is final.

4.7 — Excessive Replacement Fee

Members who exceed three (3) approved replacement claims within a single calendar month may be subject to a processing and handling fee for each additional replacement approved beyond that threshold. PPerfectFinds will notify the Member by email prior to assessing any such fee. Continued filing of claims after receiving notice constitutes acceptance of the applicable fee. Fees are assessed at the sole discretion of PPerfectFinds and will be communicated clearly before any charge is applied.

The vast majority of our Members will never encounter this policy. It exists solely to protect against patterns of excessive use and to keep our program sustainable for everyone.

Section 5

Cancellation, Refunds & Pausing

5.1 — Your Right to Cancel

You may cancel your PPerfectFinds Membership at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fees or penalties.

5.2 — How to Cancel

  • Online (Preferred): Log in to your account at pperfectfinds.com/account, navigate to "Membership Settings," and click "Cancel Membership."
  • By Email: Send a cancellation request to support@pperfectfinds.com from your account email. Include your full name and the word "Cancel" in the subject line.
  • By Phone: Call (985) 297-3302, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM Central Time.

5.3 — Effect of Cancellation

  • Monthly Members: Benefits remain active through the end of the current billing period. No prorated refund for remaining days.
  • Annual Members: Benefits remain active through the end of the current annual term. No prorated refund unless required by applicable law.
  • Outstanding Claims: Claims submitted before your cancellation date will continue to be processed.

5.4 — Refund Policy

  • 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Full refund of your most recent membership payment within thirty (30) days of that payment being processed. May be exercised once per customer account.
  • Billing Errors: Full refund within five (5) business days of the error being confirmed.
  • Duplicate Charges: Duplicate charges will be fully refunded.
  • Annual Members — Exceptional Circumstances: Annual Members who cancel within the first thirty (30) days of a new annual renewal and have not filed any claims in the new term may request a prorated refund at the discretion of PPerfectFinds.

We never make cancellation difficult. If you cancel today, your membership keeps working through the period you already paid for — and you will never be charged again without your permission.

5.5 — Pausing Your Membership

Members may request a membership pause of up to sixty (60) days once per twelve (12) month period. During a pause, billing is suspended and replacement claim benefits are temporarily unavailable. Contact PPerfectFinds Customer Experience to request a pause.

Section 6

Product Return Policy

6.1 — Returns on Charger Purchases (Non-Membership)

PPerfectFinds-branded chargers purchased through pperfectfinds.com may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of delivery, provided the product is in its original, undamaged packaging, unused or used only to test basic functionality, and accompanied by original proof of purchase. Email support@pperfectfinds.com with your order number and reason for return.

6.2 — Returns on Retail Store Purchases

Chargers purchased at participating retail locations are subject to that retailer's individual return policy. PPerfectFinds does not process direct refunds for products purchased in retail stores. Warranty claims for retail-purchased chargers may still be filed directly with PPerfectFinds as outlined in Section 2.

6.3 — Exchanges

If you receive a defective charger and prefer an exchange rather than a refund, PPerfectFinds will ship a replacement charger at no additional charge upon receipt and inspection of the returned defective unit. Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.

Section 7

Acceptable Use & Member Conduct

7.1 — Prohibited Activities

By enrolling in the PPerfectFinds Membership Plan, you agree not to engage in any of the following:

  • Filing fraudulent, misleading, or knowingly false replacement claims.
  • Intentionally damaging PPerfectFinds chargers to generate replacement claims.
  • Filing claims on behalf of another person or sharing membership benefits with non-account holders.
  • Attempting to circumvent claim limits by creating multiple accounts.
  • Using replacement chargers received through the membership for resale or commercial redistribution.
  • Providing false or forged documentation in connection with any warranty or replacement claim.

7.2 — Consequences of Misuse

PPerfectFinds reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse. If a Member is found to have violated Section 7.1, PPerfectFinds may deny pending or future claims, suspend or terminate the Member's account without refund, report suspected fraud to law enforcement, or pursue legal action. Members who believe their account has been suspended in error may appeal within fifteen (15) days by contacting support@pperfectfinds.com.

Section 8

Privacy & Data Policy

8.1 — Information We Collect

  • Identity Information: Full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number.
  • Payment Information: Processed securely through a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. PPerfectFinds does not store full card numbers.
  • Membership Activity: Claim history, product registrations, account preferences, and support interactions.
  • Device and Usage Data: IP address, browser type, and device information when you interact with our website.

8.2 — How We Use Your Information

  • To process membership enrollments, billing, and renewals.
  • To evaluate and fulfill replacement claims and warranty requests.
  • To send transactional emails including enrollment confirmations and billing receipts.
  • To send promotional communications about new products and discounts (you may opt out at any time).
  • To improve our products and member experience through aggregated, anonymized analytics.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations.

8.3 — Data Sharing

PPerfectFinds does not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our business (e.g., payment processors, shipping carriers, email platforms), subject to confidentiality obligations. We will never share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

8.4 — Data Security

PPerfectFinds uses commercially reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, PPerfectFinds will notify you in accordance with applicable law.

8.5 — Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. Contact privacy@pperfectfinds.com. We will respond to valid requests within thirty (30) days.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

PPerfectFinds is not liable for any damage to your device that may result from the use of a PPerfectFinds charger, provided the charger was used within its rated specifications and in accordance with applicable product guidelines.

Section 10

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

10.1 — Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute process, contact PPerfectFinds Customer Experience at support@pperfectfinds.com with a detailed description of the issue. PPerfectFinds commits to responding within five (5) business days and making a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally.

10.2 — Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in Luling, Louisiana or, at your election, via remote hearing.

YOU AND PPERFECTFINDS EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LITIGATION.

10.3 — Small Claims Court Exception

Either party may elect to have a claim heard in small claims court if the claim falls within that court's jurisdictional limits.

10.4 — Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in the state and federal courts located in St. Charles Parish, Louisiana.

Section 11

General Provisions

11.1 — Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and PPerfectFinds with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.

11.2 — Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11.3 — Waiver

PPerfectFinds's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

11.4 — Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your membership or any rights under this Agreement without the prior written consent of PPerfectFinds. PPerfectFinds may assign this Agreement in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets, with notice to active Members.
