Introduction & Overview

These Terms, Policies, and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of PPerfectFinds products and membership services. By enrolling in a PPerfectFinds membership plan, you agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

Who We Are

PPerfectFinds is a membership-based consumer technology brand. We sell chargers at participating retail locations and online at $9.99 per charger, and we offer a membership subscription plan that provides replacement coverage and additional benefits.

Modifications

PPerfectFinds reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time with at least fourteen (14) days notice to active Members via email before changes take effect.

Product Warranty

PPerfectFinds warrants all branded chargers are free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of retail purchase under normal operating conditions.

What Is Covered

• Internal wire breakage or failure under normal use.
• Connector failure or malfunction not resulting from physical damage.
• Manufacturing defects in the jacket, braiding, or insulation.
• Premature fraying or cracking not caused by misuse.

What Is NOT Covered

• Accidental damage, drops, crushing, pinching, or impact damage.
• Physical damage caused by bending at sharp angles, kinking, or pulling from the charger cord.
• Water, liquid, or moisture damage.
• Damage from non-compatible charging adapters or electrical surges.
• Chargers that have been modified, altered, or tampered with.
• Chargers purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers.

Warranty Replacements

Approved replacements carry a new ninety (90) day warranty. No more than two (2) warranty replacements per original purchase will be honored. Cash refunds are not available under the product warranty.

PPerfectFinds Membership Plan

Membership Tiers & Pricing

• Monthly Plan: $4.99/month — cancel anytime.
• Annual Plan: $49.99/year (~$4.17/mo equivalent).

Membership Benefits

• Charger replacement coverage for as long as membership is active.
• Priority customer support with 1–2 business day response target.
• Minimum 15% off all PPerfectFinds products.
• Early access to new product launches.
• No receipt required for replacement claims.

Auto-Renewal & Billing

Membership Plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period. By enrolling, you authorize PPerfectFinds to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Monthly plans renew on the same calendar date each month; Annual plans renew on your enrollment anniversary date. PPerfectFinds will provide at least 30 days notice of any price increase.

Member Replacement Claim Policy

Claim Limits

• Monthly Plan: Up to one (1) claim per rolling ninety (90) day period.
• Annual Plan: Up to three (3) claims per twelve (12) month membership year.

What Is Covered

• Chargers that have stopped charging or ceased data transfer under normal use.
• Chargers with connector failure or significant jacket fraying.
• Chargers showing normal signs of wear from regular daily use.

What Is NOT Covered

• Chargers damaged by physical abuse, liquid exposure, or use with incompatible charging bricks.
• Lost or stolen chargers — this is not a loss or theft insurance program.
• Claims filed more than thirty (30) days after the failure event is discovered.
• Chargers belonging to an account that is past-due, suspended, or cancelled.

Cancellation, Refunds & Pausing

You may cancel your PPerfectFinds Membership at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancel online at pperfectfinds.com/account, by email at support@pperfectfinds.com, or by phone at (985) 297-3302.

Refund Policy

• 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: Full refund of your most recent membership payment within 30 days. May be exercised once per account.
• Billing Errors & Duplicate Charges: Fully refunded within 5 business days of confirmation.

Pausing

Members may pause membership billing for up to sixty (60) days once per twelve (12) month period. Contact Customer Experience to request a pause.

Product Return Policy

Chargers purchased through pperfectfinds.com may be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of delivery in original, undamaged packaging with proof of purchase. Chargers purchased at retail stores are subject to that retailer's return policy.

Acceptable Use & Member Conduct

By enrolling, you agree not to file fraudulent or false replacement claims, intentionally damage chargers to generate claims, share membership benefits with non-account holders, create multiple accounts to circumvent claim limits, or use replacement chargers for commercial resale. Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

Privacy & Data Policy

PPerfectFinds collects your name, email, mailing address, phone number, and payment information (processed through a PCI-compliant third-party processor — we do not store full card numbers). We use this information to process your membership, fulfill claims, and send transactional and promotional communications. PPerfectFinds does not sell your personal information to third parties. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Luling, Louisiana or via remote hearing at your election. YOU AND PPERFECTFINDS EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LITIGATION. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
